Maximum stay of 6 persons, children over 2 years included.
During high season (July & August) a minimum stay of 7 nights, starting and ending on the Saturday.
Shorter stays outside the high season are possible and negotiable.

Arrival and departure times:

• Arrival: between 4pm and 6pm

• Departure: before 12.00 noon

The arrival and departure times can be adapted to your wishes provided prior consultation and agreement.

Reservation is final:

• Upon receipt of the signed contract sent to You digitally

• Prepayment of 50% of the rent, to be paid within 14 calendar days after receipt of the signed contract.

The remaining  balance of the rent must be paid no later than 8 weeks before your arrival date. Upon receipt of the full sum, all practical info plus contact details will be delivered digitally.

Cancellation conditions:

In case of cancellation by the tenant, the following fee will be applied:

• 50% of the total rent if the cancellation is more than 8 weeks before the arrival date.

• 100% of the total rent if the cancellation is less than 8 weeks before the arrival date.

Tip: It is recommended to take out personal travel and cancellation insurance.

Rental deposit 600 euro:

The deposit must be transferred 7 calendar days before arrival. This deposit will be refunded no later than 7 days after your departure, provided there was no nuisance during the stay or damage to the house, its equipment and facilities and there is no exceptional consumption of electricity and water.

• Pets are not allowed.

• No smoking is allowed indoors.

• Organizing parties or events is not allowed.
